Amma's Veg Kurma
Heat 1 spoon rice bran oil and 1 spoon coconut oil in cooker. Add One chopped onion.Add 4 to 5 half split green chillies.One spoon Ginger garlic paste.One tomato , one spoon rock salt and saute well. Add 3 chopped carrots, one handful of beans, one potato and fresh peas.(vegetables all cut in same size - poriyal size) .Saute for some time.Now add a ground paste of ( 4-5 pieces coconut, 1 spoon fennel seeds, 6-7 cashews, one small pattai, one clove and one cardamom, one v small green chilli). Close cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles. Add half cup milk and kasruri methi and cook for few minutes.Garnish with coriander leaves.
